A beautiful tranquil setting. Our lodge overlooked the lake which was great to watch the wild life, the lodge had everything we needed for our stay, a bottle of Prosecco was left in the fridge for us which was a lovely touch, the staff came around ever day to check the water in the hot tub, they were friendly and chatty, We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic trip to Birdholme Glamping, a fun, peaceful family trip. Highly recommended. We also went to the Plough and Griffin for dinner which were great.

I wanted somewhere special to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday, but not too far from home. We also had my 9-year-old daughter and mother-in-law with us, so it was important to find somewhere that would suit everyone. When I came across Birdholme, I just kept coming back to it, and in the end it felt like the obvious choice.

My husband was absolutely blown away by the lodge when we arrived, and the hot tub and fire pit were huge hits with all of us. I paid a little extra to extend our stay on the Sunday, and I'm so pleased I did, as it meant we could make the most of the lodge without feeling rushed.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the fans provided for the warmer days. Despite being part of a wider site, the lodge still felt very private, and we loved sitting outside overlooking the pond at Meadow Pipit.

We also loved the walks around the site and the surrounding area. With a 9-year-old in tow, we didn't get to explore quite as much as we might have done otherwise, but there's definitely plenty more we'd like to discover on a future visit.

My daughter absolutely loved the den and spent ages playing there, which was a huge bonus and helped make the stay special for her too.

We were a little unlucky with our neighbours, as we'd been hoping for a particularly quiet and relaxing weekend. On Saturday night we were woken around 3am by a family enjoying the fire pit a little too enthusiastically, and the lodge on the other side seemed to have quite a few young children. That said, we fully appreciate that the site caters to a variety of guests and, during the summer, it's naturally going to be busier and more lively.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and made some lovely family memories. Meadow Pipit was a beautiful lodge and the pond view was a real highlight. If we return, which I'm sure we will, I would probably choose one of the end lodges for a little extra peace and seclusion, but that certainly wouldn't stop me recommending Birdholme to others. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, and we're already talking about coming back in the winter to try out the underfloor heating and woodburner.

Our 3rd visit and just as special. Lovely walks with our pup Darcy, lazing in the hot tub and BBQ on the fire pit with the fabulous quality food from the nearby Harkers farm shop. What more can you ask for? See you next year Thank you x

We came here to celebrate some important milestones and create wonderful memories and this place didn't disappoint. It is set in the most beautiful location and the entire lodge was done out to a high quality standard! It was absolutely spotless, all furniture super comfy and everything very aesthetically pleasing. Our hot tub was checked everyday and here we could ask for an extra bits needed. They were also incredibly accommodating when we needed extra time to check out because of our baby.
The only thing we struggled with was the heat as there wasn't a fan provided in every room and the size of the fridge - for 6 people this really needs to be bigger!!

We talked about an outdoor shower or plunge pool being a great thing to add especially with the saunas.

My family had a lovely stay at Birdholme Glamping. The hot tub was a hit with my 7, 10 & 12 year olds.
The woodland area was just lovely and the view from the veranda was so peaceful.
The bedrooms were lovely. Overall a really lovely stay and we will definitely be back. Great communication with the owners too.

We stayed for 4 nights in Brimstone Lodge 2. This is our 2nd visit and still as impressed as the 1st time.
The accommodation is 5 star!
It's clean, modern, comfortable and they've thought of everything, from logs for wood burner and fire pit, to an information pack and games, along with dog bowls, a dog towel and a litte dog mat.
The hot tub is an added luxury looking out on such beautiful surroundings.
Family run by lovely people. For us having been to other places this is value for money, with a difference, other big chains rack em and stack em, so everyone is overlooked, but at Birdholme they've laid out the accommodation so you can have privacy and peace.

Birdholme is everything and more for a peaceful relaxing stay.  Well designed interior with everything you need but my favourite spot was the balcony in the hot tub looking out at the wonderful scenery. We will definitely be staying again highly recommended

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Birdholme Glamping. The lodge is beautiful and the amenities fantastic. You genuinely felt like you were in your own little world. The owners have done a fantastic job at providing a luxurious place to stay in the countryside. The only two 'negatives' would be that the fridge is quite small considering it can sleep up to 6 and the fact that there is only one toilet. Other than that we really couldn't fault the place and we will be back! One addition we would love to see would be a 'cold' option (plunge or outdoor shower) to compliment the sauna and hot tub! 10/10
